OK, this is the key observation -- it wasn't possible to bring up a PIM 
peering on eth1, your upstream interface.

You need to contact your upstream ISP and ask them what is needed for 
multicast peering.

If you need multicast connectivity to your internally NATted networks, 
you will need to deploy an IGMP proxy on the NAT gateway.
