Dear Sir

I have one doubt regarding EBGP configuration.
The localpref,med,and as-path prepend algorithm are valid for connected routes or not. 
Since i am exporting connected routes in to ebgp. So what ever localpref, med values have no effect on best path selection
So please kindly advise me
