[Xorp-users] problem xorp compiling on fc8

The issue seems to be that you don't have OpenSSL installed (XORP
requires both the library and the header files):

To fix that you need to install the openssl-devel package (or the
equivalent for your distro). If it is installed in a directory that
is not in the above list, then use the --with-openssl=DIR option to
./configure.
