[Xorp-users] Very simple multicast setup, yet can't find any text on how to do it!

Looking at the kernel source, it looks like this setsockopt is meant to 
be used by by the multicasting application to select the default 
outgoing interface, when no single route is applicable and not 
multicast-router-app is running... I assumed it was meant to be used by 
the multicast-router-app...
