Hi

I just tried to configure XORP on Suse sles 10 to do simplest unicast routing. The two NICs are configured correctly:

root at linmf4n2> show interfaces
eth0/eth0: Flags:<ENABLED,BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 speed 100 Mbps
        inet 172.25.92.121 subnet 172.25.92.64/26 broadcast 172.25.92.127
        physical index 2
        ether 0:30:5:9:43:68
eth2/eth2: Flags:<ENABLED,BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 speed 1 Gbps
        inet 172.25.92.113 subnet 172.25.92.112/29 broadcast 172.25.92.119
        physical index 3
        ether 0:e:c:61:b:13

But when I look at the connected routes, XORP tells me the following:

root at linmf4n2> show route table ipv4 unicast connected
172.25.92.64/26 [connected(0)/0]
                > via eth0/eth0
172.25.92.112/29 [connected(0)/0]
                > via eth0/eth0
root at linmf4n2>

Can anybody explain me why the NIC eth2 isn't used for network .112? No ping is forwarded through the router.

Thank you for helping a complete beginner,
Sebastian
