[Xorp-users] [PATCH]: prepend project libs search path instead of appending list

The first patch only included the first level of directories, forgot to 
add all, sorry.
Attached is the second part of the patch that covers all lower level 
directories.
Note: this patch is an *addition* to the first part which is not 
included again.
