Have you checked that the TTL of the traffic is sufficient?

I've been frustrated by this when using VLC in the past because it was set to 1 causing all my traffic to be dropped and the TTL setting is quite well hidden in the UI.

Your configuration looks OK off the top of my head.

Have you checked that IP multicast forwarding cache entries are being 
pushed to the Linux kernel? The place to look is /proc/net//ip_mr_cache/.

Unfortunately I can't be of further help on this issue at the moment, 
hopefully others on the list can help out.
