You could check the xorp logs to see if anything is taking too long, but probably this is some timer delay required by the multicast protocol. I've asked the wiki admin to help get the wiki back online, but I'm not sure when they will have time to do it. If it doesn't come back sometime soon, I'll try hosting the wiki content myself..but I'd rather not have to do that if possible.
