[Xorp-users] XORP from git hub not running .

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 , Kernel - 3.13 . X86_64 . 
Do it have to run scons check each time afer scons install ? What if I am cross compiling ? I have seen several questions on similar error in this mailing list . But could not find an answer to this .
