 Hi,

 I think might be nice to have a policy layer variable (e.g.,
 pcap_accept_all) that can be set to True to disable filtering and accept
 all packets.

 I know that there is the unrestricted_filter global and the -f command
 line option, but I still think that a global variable to enable/disable
 filtering would still be very handy.
