 Yes, the error was due to too much logging from the workers to the
 manager.  Running capstats shows that I was using 17 to 25 mbps.  After
 filtering some of the most verbose worker logging in local.bro, the rates
 dropped to between 5 and 11 mbps.  The RemoteSerializer error hasn't shown
 up since.  You gave me some patches to RemoteSerializer.cc to try.  The
 patches may have helped a little, but reducing the logging rate is really
 what cleared up the error.
