 I don't like the name stderr.log either.  I just felt like it was better
 to suggest something rather than nothing.  What if we send those logs to
 syslog by default if no filename is assigned?  It sort of makes sense
 since it's information about the Bro process and not really related to
 what Bro is doing.  You could still get those logs in a file with the
 other Bro logs if you assign a filename to some variable.
