[Bro-Dev] Cleanup: scripts

I'm cleaning up the Bro distribution to remove all the stuff we no
longer need.

Question: is there anything in the scripts/* directory that's still
relevant? As far as I can see, there's only BroLite and Snort2Bro in
there, both of which have been scheduled for removal for a while
already. So, seems I can just delete the whole directory?
