 If would be handy for BroControl to have the ability to force flush log
 files as a command.  In the default case of running "flush-logs" (or
 whatever it would be named) with a node name, it could flush only the
 manager (or standalone) since the other nodes wouldn't make much sense to
 flush and it would make the process take longer.
