 Will do with scan.bro.  hot.conn.bro is going away.  It's going to become
 protocols/conn/detect-intel.bro, I just left it around to remind me and to
 pull code from.

 I'm finishing up most of the lower level things now so I'm back to doing
 final improvements to scripts and finishing the metrics and intel
 frameworks.
