 When broctl can't find the ifconfig binary (Redhat & Centos seem to keep
 it out of roots path) broctl will always fails with:

 {{{
 error: script must be run on manager node
 }}}

 It seems that either some directories need statically added to the path or
 at least a warning about a needed tool not being found should be printed
 out.
