 After building broccoli from the git repo (topic/robin/comm-ssl), I found
 that the build/broccoli-config script is mode 644. Since this file is
 generated I'm sure there's some way to automatically make it executable
 but since I totally don't understand how cmake works I am unable to
 provide a patch.
