 In fact, we should probably generally create the final release
 packages on NMI. That makes sure that (1) we're testing what we're
 releasing; and (2) results will be the same no matter who's doing the
 release (i.e., specifics will not slightly differ just because of the
 maintainer working on a different machine than last time).
