[Bro-Dev] New logging architecture

Just to wrap this up: Gilbert and I talked about the inter-thread
communication more the other day and decided to just do inproc between
the LogMgr (i.e., the main thread) and LogWriters. If we want to add
inter-process/node communication, we can later do a LogWriter that
just forwards to extern whatever he receives.
