 This branch is in `broccoli-python` and `bro` repos and should make the
 pybroccoli unit test work across more versions of python (Python 2.7's
 `repr()` for floats may display a shorter string).  Should also be less
 sensitive to the rounding of floats derived from current time, which
 sometimes ends up bypassing the regex in the timestamp diff canonifier.
