 There are some things that we need to clean up across all modules:

  - Many files still have Subversion's $Id$ in them. Delete.
  - Source files aren't consistent in how they mention their license. I'm
 thinking we should just a single line statement that refers to the COPYING
 file.
  - Update and unifty READMEs
