 NMI scripts should probably be under revision control

 * The person fixing something does commits from his local copy after
 fixing a bug
 * We should probably use trac tickets so 2 people aren't concurrently
 fixing things on a shared account on B&T at the same time

 Using revision control is low priority: it mainly provides redundancy in
 case NMI content is lost due to some failure on NMI's part
