 MacOS unit test failures because of missing 'setsid' command

 Comment from Adam: I think some repo on NMI just needs to be updated,
 btest should install a wrapper script that gets used instead of 'setsid'

 Comment from Don: The "master" git repo on NMI is updated before each
 build/test run.
