 This branch currently has unit tests for all the scripts in policy/utils.
 It also has fixes for some of them:

 paths.bro

 - rename extract_directory() to extract_path() (later seemed clearer) and
 made it work with more than just path string in FTP response msgs
 - rename build_full_path() and absolute_path()
 - compress_path() should now work with relative paths also

 directions-and-hosts.bro
 - check both connection endpoints when determining direction respectful of
 local network.

 addrs.bro
 - fixed the TODO about making check for valid IPv6 string formats more
 robust.

 site.bro
 -  fix error in find_all_emails() about accessing non-existent table
 indices.

 I might ask to periodically merge this branch in the future if the task of
 creating tests for pre-existing scripts keeps getting drawn out.
