 Note, the examples were just some I randomly picked. Let me phrase the
 task differently: we should quickly go through all the globals to make
 sure they are correct in regards to constness, &redef, and
 &synchronized. That's probably just a few greps. If you tell me they
 all are right already, I'm happy. :)
