 On my system, when I do a "./configure --prefix=/my/prefix", in the
 output under "PyBroccoli Build Summary", it shows "Install dir:
 /my/prefix/lib/broctl".

 However, under "Broccoli-Ruby Build Summary", it shows "Lib install dir:
 /usr/local/lib/site_ruby/1.8"
