Comment (by seth):

 To avoid the issue on pf_ring enabled installations and make the cron
 command work, add the following line to <prefix>/etc/broctl.cfg:

 {{{
 CapstatsPath =
 }}}

 That will cause broctl to not attempt to use capstats.
