 Looks like the network_time got corrupted and the main way I think that
 would happen is if pcap_next() is returning a bad value.  Were you using
 the libpcap from PF_RING when this happened?  Looks like there's
 modifications done there to extend pcap_pkthdr for nanosecond accuracy
 that could be going wrong somehow.
