 With ``SaveTraces=1`` in broctl.cfg, the workers record traces but  they
 are never rotated. The code for that seems to have been lost. We need to
 put that back in: it's supposed to delete the trace file every few
 minutes.

 Note that this used the old rotation framework, not immediately sure how
 to do that now ...
