 If the broctl lock is being held by the cron command it would be nice if
 the message that indicates a lock is already held would indicate if it is
 the cron command.  If multiple people are working with broctl the person
 that gets a lock doesn't know if it's because of another user or because
 they happened to be trying to do something while the cron command is
 running.
