 This branch in `bro` fixes a "missing field value" error that the `bro-
 testing` repo's long test now shows in reporter.log.

 Also, the software.log baselines for tests in `bro-testing` and `bro-
 testing-private` weren't updated after the changes to the software
 framework that make it track port numbers.  I didn't fix that in a branch
 anywhere, I figured Seth could just do that directly after reviewing the
 changes.
