 Currently, the signature engine does not support variables with a module
 in their namespace.
 And now, local_nets has become Site::local_nets.
 This small patch allows to define signature with dst-ip ==
 Site::local_nets
 Maybe it is not the best way to do it as I am not aware of all the
 consequences over Bro of this little change.
