 These broctl options (associated bro script variable also shown) would be
 affected:

 zoneid      (Cluster::nodes)
 ipv6comm    (Communication::listen_ipv6)
 timemachinehost  (Cluster::nodes)
 timemachineport  (Cluster::nodes)
 mailto      (Notice::mail_dest)
 sendmail    (Notice::sendmail)
 mailsubjectprefix    (Notice::mail_subject_prefix)
 logrotationinterval  (Log::default_rotation_interval)

 logdir (changes Cluster::log_dir, but this is commented-out with a TODO
 comment)
