[Bro-Dev] Testing threaded logging

I'm looking for testers for the new threaded logging code in
topic/robin/log-threads. It's working fine for me now but a few more
eyes (and OSs) would be good. Ideally, you won't see any difference to
current master except that Bro now spawns a number of threads (which
show up in top if you press H).
