Comment:

 Actually, the more complex routing header handling like in #803 for
 determining final destination address may be necessary for other types of
 routing headers anyway (e.g. the one used by Mobile IPv6).  I'll study the
 RFCs more... or if anyone knows "the right answer" already, do let me
 know!
