 I don't have an opinion on whether to hotfix in 2.1, but if you want to
 see if we'll have nice behavior with the FAF, can you checkout
 `topic/jsiwek/file-analysis` (in `bro` and `cmake` repos) and use the same
 redef you had before to see if it works better?  If doesn't, leave a
 comment in #982 and attach the pcap.
