 topic/bernhard/sqlite contains a sqlite logger and input reader.

 Both are pretty basic, but should work, basic test-cases are included; Bro
 does not seem to leak any memory when running those tests.

 It would be nice if someone could look over them / try to use them for
 something and see if they work outside of the few tests I created for
 them.

 We also still have to think about the problem of where to put the database
 files - that problem is not addressed in the current implementation.
