As we discussed, there is really still something I don't like about how the X509 analyzer is enabled.  I agree that having all of those logs is pretty badly redundant in many cases but I think it's better to log them all by default in the base/ scripts.  Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions on how to do what you're doing differently right now so I think we can go ahead with how it is.

I'm assigning it back to you so you can commit a script in policy/ that suppresses the cert chains from being logged.
