The 4 test failures in the Bro repo are expected (those tests need to be fixed).
See commit 645ee1ed23bf59b666548ddb14c9229127c6ddb0 in my branch for
a full explanation (btest-diff was broken, and so we didn't notice that
some tests are broken).

For the tests/measure-time-options.test, it works for me (debian 8, python 2.7.9 and 3.4.2).
Could you give me more info about what you're seeing?
