I find that some of the keystroke bindings for markup when typing in a Description (like this one!) are counterintuitive for me and would like to change them.  However, searching the Jira documentation I haven't been able to find where these shortcuts are documented (as opposed to more general ones that aren't about markup).  Where do I look for info like this?
