[Bro] Chinese version of the manual

    Your advices are very important to the translation work.
    ya,firstly,I must set up the translation team.
    Then,divide the whole work into several parts.
    Everyone of the team  is reponsible for one of the manual and keep update.
    I hope to complete the main part of the work before December.
