[Bro] Enable clamav

Gentle people,

Congrats for the new milestone again. While I notice that I can have bro
running with clamav in 1.2, I try to search for the configure option and
apparently there's none. I'm on FreeBSD and have clamav install via package
thus the clamav.h resides in
/usr/local/includes/, is there a way or I have overlooked into it. Thanks.
