[Bro] The pre-processors in Snort and the corresponding in Bro IDS

Dear all 
Thank for the answers for the my last post.
 
There are many pre-processors available in Snort like:
Flow
sfPortscan
Stream4
Frag2
Telenet_negotiation 
Http_inspect
 
My question is what are the corresponding for these pre-processors in Bro IDS? And how can I make every one on or off?
