[Bro] Filtering PacketFilter::Dropped_Packets

I've got this: Log::disable_stream(PacketFilter::LOG);

But I'm still getting a ton of "PacketFilter::Dropped_Packets" to notice.log.

What do I need to do to disable these messages?
