[Bro] Support for gpg-encrypting email reports removed?

I'd like to encrypt and sign emails generated by Bro.

It looks like up through 1.5.3, Bro supported PGP-encrypting emails it
generated, but that support was dropped with the 2.0 release, although I
don't see it listed in upgrade.html#removed-functionality so maybe
nobody missed it.

Was this dropped deliberately due to lack of user interest, or the code
was known to be buggy, or something? Or just hasn't been re-added in
2.x yet, but it is planned?

I'll probably make some local patches based on how 1.5.3's
mail_reports.sh worked (will try to add --sign support while I'm at it);
I'll post here if there's interest.

Thanks,
