[Bro] Broccoli connection with bro

Hi, I have configured the bro in /nsm/bro/bin and broccoli is also
installed and I did changes in the broccoli.conf file but I'm not able to
connect to bro when I test the broconn or broping it is not able connect to
bro on 127.0.0.1:47758.
I also checked the port 47757 but not able to ping bro.
Then I checked the broping.bro by running it through
 /nsm/bro/bin/bro broping.bro
but it always and didnt show any error or any pong response.
where I'm wrong?? Did I missed something??
