[Bro] Issue with Bro plugins not loading

Hi,

I'm trying to install several Bro plugins, but when I go to reference the
plugins directly in my local.bro file, I get "Fatal error in ...local.bro,
line xxx: can't find <bro plugin> [manager,proxy,worker] scripts failed."
Bro-Pkg manager shows me they're installed and I see the plugin files and
locations on my Bro IDS instance. Is there a way I can troubleshoot? One of
them is the 'bro-long-connections' from GitHub.
