[Bro] bro master crashing

Ran several manual bro start commands, and i always get "received
termination signal."  Writes to a nohup.out files that contains that string.

broctl diag says...
==== .status
TERMINATING [done_with_network]

Not sure what to do here.  The manager doesn't have a sniffer nic.  It's
purpose is accepting data in from the worker nodes.
