[Bro] Web viewer for Bro Packages

Hello Bro Community,


Work has begun on a web-based view of packages available via the Bro
Package Manager <http://bro-package-manager.readthedocs.io>:


https://bro-pkg-test.security.ncsa.illinois.edu/


In its current state, the website shows the packages listed at GitHub
<https://github.com/bro/packages>and has basic search capability. More
features and improved look-and-feel are in the works.
