[Bro] SSL Validate Cert script not working

I noticed that the below script is not working because I none of my logs
have this entry and I suspect it's because my bro server is being blocked
upstream somehow.  I checked and it is being loaded.

Does anyone know what ports my server needs through the firewall for this
to work?
